WHAT NOT TO DO

Q : What precautions should one take. A : Do not use glass or metal container because it cannot expand. Do not use cooked food or any other kind of waste. Do not use onion, garlic, ginger or peels of vegetables with too much viscosity like potato. Do not forget to release the gas generated in the bottle every day, by slightly loosening the cap. Do not forget to tighten the cap as that will hamper the fermentation process. Do not panic if you see a white film forming at the top. It is part of the process. Do not throw the contents if you see worms in it or get bad smell from it. It is because the container is not air tight. Add some j a ggery and make it airtight. The worms and smell will disappear overnight. Do not forget to label your bottle with the date of creation and maturation. Never put the enzyme in the refrigerator, always in a cool, dry place. HOW TO USE ECO-ENZYME

Q : How can Enzyme be used in SewageTreatmentPlant to improve the system and reduce the operating cost. A : Start using soap, shampoo and other cleaning agents with Enzyme. If you use it from your home continuously then only can you observe its effectiveness in the STP. Q : Does the Enzyme dissolve the nitrates in water tanks like it does in a not so clear ponds. A : Nitrates is food for pro-biotic bacteria. They convert nitrates into food. Which dissolves the green algae developed to clean the nitrates in the water by nature. As nitrates get converted no growth of green algae. Q : Can it be used in storage tanks for utility water. A : Yes, this can be utilized in storage tanks. Dilution proportion is  1000 liter tank 1 liter enzyme. 10000 liter tank 10 liter enzyme to be added. Q : Can hard water be made soft. A : Hardness cannot be guaranteed.  However the PH value improves. PH value improves when it is diluted.

Q : Why should we make eco-enzyme in such a large scale. A : Our rivers are heavily polluted not only by industrial waste, but also by domestic sewage. As domestic sewage is also a major contributor we need to make it into a eco-friendly solution Q : Since how long is the maki n g of Eco-enzyme going on. A : Since last 30 years this process of making Enzyme started and tremendous research has been done. Q : And when was it started in India. A : In India it started in year 2006- 07. Q : How can we make the Enzyme? A :      Add   100 gm jaggery + 300 gm vegetable/fruit peels + 1 liter water and mix well in a 2 liter plastic bottle and cap it tightly.   There should be approx.. 40% empty space in the container for gas accumulation.    Keep in a cool dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.     Release the gasses once a day for the first month by loosening the
